The European Navigation Conference 2013 will be the seventeenth conference in the GNSS series held under the auspices of the European Group of Institutes of Navigation (EUGIN). The conference will be hosted by the Austrian Institute of Navigation (OVN) and takes place from 23-25 April 2013 in Vienna, Austria. Each year the conference attracts researchers, policy makers, manufacturers, users and service providers from around the world. Thanks to the wide variety of topics in navigation and the outstanding expertise of the attending speakers we will be able to bring together more than 600 experts. The implementation of new technologies in navigation will be illustrated by the industry exhibition, running in parallel to the conference.

Vienna is located in the very heart of Europe and it is truly diverse. World-wide, this city is known for its long history of art, culture, science and education – attracting millions of visitors every year. Vienna is also a very green city, covered with acres of forests, grassland, parks and gardens. This framework forms an ideal basis for ENC 2013 and will make the social programme of the conference an unforgettable event for participants and accompanying guests. The conference will take place at the Austria Center Vienna located next to the Vienna International Centre. The congress venue is located in the most modern part of Vienna, only a few minutes away from the city centre by underground or taxi. The drive from the airport takes about 25 minutes.
